Shih-tzu + kitty poop = HELP!!?

okay so i have a 2 year old female shih-tzu..and i have 5 kitties outside..i recently got 3 little kittens and they now poop in the front yard where i put my dog out to go to the bathroom at..my dog eats food all day whenever she wants..she has an unlimited supply..also i get her the Rachel Ray brand dog food..she really likes it and seems to be doing well..until the kittens came along going in her area..i dont think she eats the cat poop because she likes it..i think she's trying to clean it up..any way to deter this? - thanks for your help - Angel.
