Is it racist to point out facts and make decisions based on them?

what about the fact that a white guy getting out of jail has a equal chance or better than a black guy who has never been to jail of getting the same job applied for. What about the fact that white people have had a 400 year head start and have a history of discrimination against colored people. What about the fact that 43 out of 44 of the presidents have been white. Should i make the decision that i will never get a fair shot in America.
