Is anyone else not satisfied with simply saying " I don't know "?

If logic and science don't explain something, than I will come up with another explanation. If science or logic in the future explains said unexplained event or item, then I will accept that. Until then, I will come up with " non-logical " or " unscientific " explanations. I am happy with whatever science comes up with, if it is not explicitly used to harm non-combatants. I just happen to think that science won't ever catch up with God or overtake Him.
