WINDOWS WON'T BOOT!!!!?

Dude hate to say it but it sounds like your HDD is going going GONE. Been there and it sucks. Good luck man. Working at Microsoft for many years I encountered a very similar issue and we learned that he had an external usb mouse attached the whole time and that was preventing it from booting. If I was you I would borrow an external DVD drive and attempt to boot it from there.
