can i take protiens nd kiryateen for a 15 yr old guy ? does it hav to do with height ? im 163. if i work out nd use those 2 products.. does it mean that it will not make mr grow ? or make me grow but its better by not using them ? cuz they say if ur body is filled with muscles ur bones get thicker nd stronger nd it wont grow.. is it tru ? cuz bones have to be soft to grow more ? (wut do protiens ns kiryateen do ?)
