Buy a pack of smoked salmon - chop it small. Toss a tub of creme fraiche, juice of a lemon and the salmon into some cooked (good quality not cheapest brand) spaghetti (or better still, linguini). A small amount of fish goes a long way in this recipe but because it's smoked salmon it feel decadent. It's also good to toss in a seasonal fresh veg eg rocket leaves so they wilt, mangetout, baby spinach leaves or fresh peas/asparagus spears. Lots of black pepper will finish this recipe off nicely.
