What would a Slightly damaged 1999 VW Pat be worth?

I can buy a 1999 VW pat For 1900. It needs a rear bumper cover, trunk lid, RH Tail light and both front park lights. It has 127k miles and most options, alloy wheels, tip-tronic Auto, moonroof, 1.8 turbo. Engine light is on, but car runs fine. Because of damage has salvage title. Any help would be great, i really just dont know if it would be worth putting money into.
