What might be causing my crotch pains?

For about the past 3 months i have been having unusual pains in my crotch (taint to be more specific). Right between my rectum and i feel like a sharp pain. particularly when is sit down or when i am laying or sitting and sit up. i can simulate the pain by putting pressure on the general area. I do have kidney stones which have not ped. I'm sure that's why i have difficulty urinating. I want to make sure that i am not confusing kidney stone symptoms with something else like cancer or that my kidney stones haven't caused internal damage. I have had kidney stones for years but no symptom like this. I would see a doctor but have no health insurance and am already in debt to different medical facilities. A lot of places want money up front too.
