What the difference between Jose Mourinho and Mark Hughes spending style?

Jose Mourinho is a very intelligent man. He spent very wisely and he is truly "The Special One". I hope that he manages Liverpool one day. Hughes doesn't come close....what has he done? Man City is currently very imbalanced. They've bought way too many strikers and they only have Kolo Toure as the quality defensive signing. But Hughes has the potential to be great one day...this is just the beginning...let's see what he does at Man City.
