Oregon League of Minority Voters to offer whites-only scholarships to students?

Many social activists have noted that it is important to have the dominant group on board to support and promote an alliance and change in government. Most minority and oppressed groups to not have a power or a voice to enact social change. White people have the power and the visibility to bring about change so by engaging them to be allies works wonders.
