Is the Police Brutality case in Seattle linked to the Anti-immigration rhetoric that is going viral on the web?

From all the violence and hate that rhetoric has created towards Mexicans, I wouldn't doubt it one bit that it's linked to that. People need to do some research before believe all that crap.
