I NEED AN EXPERIENCED MOMS HELP WITH INFANT ALLERGIES TO FOODS?

okay my son is 11 months old hell be one the day after easter! anyways ever since he was born hes been really sick and i had a perfect pregnancy i did everything i was supposed to only gained 24 pounds ate right took vitamins so im sure you can understand my frustruation. hes had 4 ear infections and his left ear drum ruptured bronchitis several times in october they thought he had the flu so they put him on tamiflu (the test came back neg but they said they have a lot of false negs) then in january he was hospitalized with RSV, bronchoulitis, influneza a, an ear infection and the swine flu test came back positive they had to send that one off to little rock ar. when we were getting discharged one of the doctors said they think he has a cows milk protein allergy so they switched him to soy milk.this i just a short list of illnesses hes battled since birth :( it breaks my heart to see him so sick all the time. but he hasnt been as sick since they switched his formula he also has asthma really bad (i have it too) and he has a nebulizer and 3 inhalers he uses daily. so far we know hes allergic to the milk, anything containing apples even apple pedialyte they gave that to him at the hospital, yes i told them he was allergic to it but they wanted to try it, and he broke out in yellow pus pockets all over him. sweet potatoes, squash, and carrots make him wheeze, so does motrin. oh and not to mention he was born with a penile torsion (twisted !!) and had to have surgery at oklahoma childrens hospital when he was 6 month old how random is that. my major question is i gave him white g juice and hes got like hives in his private area and hes had diarrhea all day! is that normal for babies to break out from that? he hasnt had any new foods and hes done this before with the white g juice. also if anyone has any advice on how to go from an infant diet to a toddler one that would be GREATLY appreciated. and were in illinois and his doctor is in arkansas so i cant call and make an appointment with her yet to ask about the juice thing thanks so much for your help!!
