How do i get this hair colour? and would it suit me?

Your hair and your face are both beautiful I reslly love the color on you. I can see wdhere black hair would not be for you. However if you want a change,Just get a med. thin layer under your front area and make it a deep ,red..or if you want to try lighter the ash blonde is goin to be a long process to achieve..Bleaching and coloring..Try it under your bangs first just pin the rest of your hair back and section off about 1 inch and bleach it with wellite cream bleach with activators and 30 volume developer. It will probably take about an hour and may have to be applied twice to lighten enough for ash blonde.Once lightened you can choose a blonde shade of toner to put on it for about 20 minutes Think about it and make an informed decision.and good luck
