Eric Holder hasnt read, formed a constitutional opinion with or group interacted about the Az.immigration bill?

It's basically the same thing as Obama commenting on the need for a playoff in the BCS for college football. Great to hear your opinion Mr. President, but in the end you can't do anything about it. Only the BCS can decide whether or not to add a playoff. Sure, it would be great to hear Holder's opinion on the issue, but in the end he can't do anything about it.
